Meet Nick DeCambaliza
Sous Chef Nicholas DeCambaliza is an integral part of the ECGCC and a valued member of our hospitality team. He brings 14+ years' experience providing creative and delicious food presented in a manner our members have come to appreciate. During these years he started at the bottom and worked his way through the ranks to his current position as Sous Chef. He constantly strives to learn new things and be on the cutting edge of the food and beverage industry. Nick is a native of Fall Creek and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his 11 year old daughter Natalynn.
