Executive Chef

Widely recognized as a great educator as well as a gifted culinarian, Chef Casey has developed dozens of young chefs throughout an amazing 30 plus year career at the Club, preceded by roles with top clubs in the Twin Cities and Palm Beach Florida.

He is a versatile and multi-talented chef whose skills encompass not only the French tradition and mastery of the stove, but also baking, pastries and versatility in many global cuisines.

Casey works tirelessly at the Club to critically evaluate and source the best ingredients, continually develops seasonally driven menus, and also wows the members consistently with incredible food at our numerous special events.

Casey has been married to his wife Denise for 22 years with daughters Destiny and Deja who reside in the Twin Cities with granddaughter Vivian. Casey is an avid bow hunter and outdoor enthusiast with interests in ice carving and wood carving.
